01 | Continuous Flow Nitration Solution

Flow Chemistry / Customized Solution

Moving a nitration process from batch operation toward continuous flow requires more than selecting a reactor from a catalogue. In this project, Laryee reviewed the customer's actual reaction requirements and developed a customized CM-D (HT)-based configuration for controlled continuous-flow process development.

02 | ISO 7886 Syringe Plunger Operating Force Testing Solution

CUSTOMER DEMAND / MEDICAL DEVICE TESTING

Based on ISO 7886-1 and GB 15810 requirements, Laryee developed a dedicated syringe testing fixture to improve specimen positioning, flange support and test setup adjustment. The solution has been applied in an end-customer project together with a single-column electronic universal testing machine.

03 | TC220 Tablet & Capsule Hardness Tester

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT / PHARMACEUTICAL QC

The TC220 provides three test modes for pharmaceutical quality control: Breaking Load, Load at Set Deformation, and Deformation at Set Load. With touchscreen operation, automatic testing, result statistics and integrated printing, it offers a compact solution for evaluating tablets and soft gelatin capsules.

04 | Continuous Flow Deuteration Process Development

FLOW CHEMISTRY / PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Using the Laryee CM-D platform, a dibromomethane-d₂ deuterium-exchange process was developed under continuous-flow conditions. In the process comparison, the time required to reach the deuteration endpoint was reduced from 1,440 minutes to 20 minutes while maintaining high deuterium incorporation.

05 | Laryee at LabAsia 2026

NEWS & EVENTS / SOUTHEAST ASIA

At LabAsia 2026, Laryee presented the UE2410 Single Column Universal Testing Machine and CM-T Microfluidic System while meeting distributors, industrial users and university researchers from across Southeast Asia. The exhibition created new opportunities for technical exchange and regional cooperation.
