TC220 Tablet & Capsule Hardness Tester

Laryee’s TC220 Tablet & Capsule Hardness Tester provides a compact solution for evaluating the mechanical properties of tablets and soft gelatin capsules. With a 2–200 N test range, the instrument combines force and deformation measurement with touchscreen operation, automatic control and integrated data processing.

Three Test Modes in One Instrument

A key feature of the TC220 is its three testing modes: Breaking Load, Load at Set Deformation, and Deformation at Set Load. This allows users to evaluate samples from different perspectives on the same platform, rather than relying only on a conventional breaking-force measurement.

Designed for Routine Pharmaceutical QC

The TC220 uses a Siemens PLC-based control system and a 4.3-inch touchscreen with Chinese and English operation. It supports automatic testing, result statistics and direct printing, while customizable sample fixtures help accommodate tablets and capsules of different sizes and shapes.
