September brought a new round of product improvements, customized equipment development, continuous-flow process research and international exhibition activities at Laryee.

From upgrading the thermal stability and cutting consistency of a melt flow indexer, to developing dedicated ODM equipment for a European customer, and exploring a Raney nickel fixed-bed continuous-flow deuteration process, our work this month continued to focus on practical engineering requirements.

Meanwhile, Pittcon 2026 provided an opportunity to connect with laboratory professionals in the United States, while preparations are now underway for our next international exhibition — ARABLAB 2026 in Dubai.

01 | XNR-400D Melt Flow Indexer: Upgraded for Improved Thermal Stability and Cutting Consistency

The XNR-400D Melt Flow Indexer has received targeted improvements to its furnace insulation and cutting system.

The upgraded furnace insulation helps improve thermal stability, while an optimized control algorithm and precision stepper motor provide more consistent specimen cutting during MFR testing.

The XNR-400D supports both MFR and MVR testing of thermoplastic materials in accordance with standards including ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238.

02 | From Application Requirements to Equipment Design: A New ODM Development Project at Laryee

Laryee has started a new ODM development project with a European customer for a professional circular blade sharpening machine used in food-processing applications.

Rather than adapting an existing standard machine, the project begins with the customer's actual application requirements and translates them into an equipment concept, functional configuration and subsequent engineering development.

The project is currently in the solution design stage and represents another example of Laryee's customized equipment capabilities beyond standard testing instruments.

03 | Raney Nickel Fixed-Bed Continuous Flow: Redefining Deuteration Efficiency and Scalability

Laryee has explored a Raney nickel fixed-bed continuous-flow process designed to address some of the practical limitations of conventional batch deuteration.

In Laryee's experimental evaluation, reaction time was reduced from approximately 72 hours to less than 18 hours, while achieving more than 90% deuterium incorporation.

By combining a Raney nickel fixed bed with continuous operation and controlled process parameters, the system provides a platform for improving reaction efficiency, process reproducibility and future scale-up studies.

04 | Laryee at Pittcon 2026: Connecting with the Global Laboratory Community

Earlier this year, Laryee participated in Pittcon 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, where the team presented selected material-testing instruments and continuous-flow technologies at Booth 3306.

The exhibition provided opportunities to meet procurement professionals, researchers, university personnel and distributors, with discussions covering laboratory applications, technical requirements and potential market cooperation.

Pittcon remains an important opportunity for Laryee to connect directly with the international laboratory community and better understand evolving customer requirements.

05 | Meet Laryee at ARABLAB 2026 in Dubai

Our next stop is Dubai.
