Application:
The 560RSS digital dual Rockwell hardness tester adopts a high-definition color touch screen, which can display and set the current test scale, test force, test head, holding time, hardness conversion value and so on. The instrument adopts a weight loading mechanism that can switch between Rockwell and surface Rockwell scales. During operation, only manual preloading is required until the instrument beeps, and the instrument will automatically load, hold, unload, and display the hardness value. The operation is convenient and the display is intuitive. Suitable for hardness testing of quenched, tempered, annealed, cold hard castings, malleable castings, hard alloy steels, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, bearing steels and so on. Also applicable to surface quenched steel, material surface heat treatment and chemical treatment layers, copper, aluminum alloys, thin plates, galvanized, chrome plated, tin plated materials, bearing steel, cold hard castings and so on.
Main Function:
² The integrated cast iron structure achieves a rigidity of 99% for the main body of the aircraft, minimizing deformation. The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than six months, ensuring stable physical properties;
² After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches between 35-40HRC, with stable structure and wear resistance;
² The weights and levers are manufactured and calibrated using classic techniques, with high precision and can be fine-tuned through mechanical structures;
² 5.6-inch high-definition touch screen display and operation, dynamic image display device operation process and buzzing prompt;
² Support the selection of all Rockwell and surface Rockwell hardness scales, and prompt the selection of corresponding indenter and test force after selecting the scale. The test force can be switched by rotating the variable load handwheel;
² Support the conversion of various hardness scales, real-time conversion, and instant selection and replacement;
² Support upper and lower limit settings, out of tolerance discrimination prompt, with arc correction compensation function;
² Real time saving of hardness test results, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, mean, standard deviation, repeatability, etc., with multi folder selection, optional deletion and printing output;
² Built in thermal printer, fast printing speed, equipped with USB interface, users can directly export data to a USB flash drive.
