The XNR-300NB type is a kind of standing machine with digital display. Features:
The machine uses methyl silicone oil as medium to heat, with fast heating speed, high heating temperature and uniform temperature distribution, which can fully meet test temperature requirements. It adopts high precision displacement sensor to measure deformation, accurately and timely. The digital display micrometer can directly read displacement value, at the same other. The inner wall of the oil bath is equipped with a copper pipe water cooling system, which can accelerate the cooling after the test completion, so that the
oil temperature quickly drops to near room temperature, greatly improving the test speed. Loading load adopts standard weight, accurate and stable.Multiple agitators stir the oil bath to make the temperature more even.Sample rack and weight rack are electrically lifted, which can be conveniently placed and replaced sample, greatly reducing intensity of work.
LCD display interface can set test parameters, display test data intuitively and conveniently. At the end of the test, the system automatically stops heating. The machine can set a target temperature, with temperature protection function.Using English operation interface, it’s easy to operate. During the test, the deformation, temperature and test time are displayed simultaneously in real time, which is accurate, reliable and informative. At the same time, the deformation curve of the sample is depicted point by point, and the deformation process is obvious and intuitive. The test results are recorded and can be printed out at any time for future reference and comparison.
