Introduction
CM-T200 is a continuous flow reactor for laboratory reaction screening and process optimization. The structure design of CM-T200 series glass microchannel reactor takes into account the two major factors of mass transfer and pressure drop. There is no sudden shrinkage and sudden expansion in the process flow channel, ensuring high mass transfer efficiency and small pressure drop. Combined with the heat exchange platform, mass and heat transfer efficiency can be maximized, which is suitable for various challenging chemical substances and process conditions.

Advantages of CM-T200
1. Four kinds of structural design can be selected to meet the needs of different process conditions.
2. Glass material, high temperature resistance, compatible with all reagents(except hot concentrated alkali, molten alkali metal, hot concentrated H3PO4, HF)and strong etchant , also can run stably for a long time.
3. Visualization, each module can be used for independent direct observation or shooting - the viewing window can be used for direct observation of process conditions or microscope shooting fluids.
4. Photochemical reaction - The window can use LED or mercury lamp to achieve photocatalytic process (by adding LED or mercury lamp light source module, photocatalytic reaction can be achieved).
5. Good heat and mass transfer performance, single sheet multiple static mixing unit structure to achieve efficient mixing.
6. Highly flexible modular design, enabling one-step and multi-step reactions.
7. Larger than surface area, combined with heat exchange system it can accurately control temperature and promote the generation of target products.
8. Small liquid holdup (microliter), less consumption of raw materials/reagents required for reaction, which can be used for experimental exploration of precious raw materials and to improve the safe synthesis of dangerous substances. For the synthesis of expensive reagents, it has advantages of high economy and cost reduction in the research and development process.
9. Suitable for all kinds of liquid-liquid rapid reaction, strong exothermic reaction, dangerous reaction and chemical synthesis reaction requiring good mixing conditions.
10. Compared with the amplification effect of the traditional (disc) tubular continuous flow reactor, the plate continuous flow reactor has the advantages of higher yield, better mass transfer and easy amplification.

5. Working temperature range: -40 to 200 degrees, which can quickly cool down and continuously control temperature;

7. 2 LED controllers can simultaneously display the actual temperature, set value and over-temperature alarm value.
8. High-pressure pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device, refrigerator overload protection and other safety protection functions.
