CM-D Glass Reactors - Kilo-scale

HT, heart-shaped:

Mainly used for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid mixing, solid particles 50um and solid content 5%.

The mass transfer principle is shear-diversion-combination-reshear.

SAT, 8-shaped:

The boundary layer is the least, the fluid mass transfer dispersion distance is the shortest, and it is mainly used for viscous liquids and easily agglomerated solids.

CRT, continuous rotation type:

Can effectively prevent the continuous shearing from causing the complex components and small molecules to be sheared too finely.It is suitable for continuous crystallization and liquid-liquid and liquid-solid type processes with high requirements for solid particle consistency. CM-DM Reactor - Metal

This kind reactor adopts the latest seamless welding technology, which welding of the entire plane instead of the welding corners, and use special process, high-strength whole-surface welding without processing the weld seam, and welding strength is much higher than resistance welding and butt welding.

The separation shear-combination-separation shear flow channel model, which takes into account the two factors of mass transfer and pressure drop, and maximizes the efficiency of the mass transfer process on the basis of minimizing the pressure drop. Two sides heat exchange plates with special structures, fast heat exchanger capability which safely and stably.
