Integrated Micro Vickers Hardness Tester

Introduction

This instrument is a new generation of micro hardness tester. It uses an industrial tablet computer combined with the hardness tester. All parameters required for testing are selected on the tablet computer. The touch screen is convenient and fast to operate, and the display is clear and intuitive. The built-in CCD image acquisition system can directly display the dynamic indentation image on the tablet computer, lock the image and automatically measure the Vickers hardness value. The measurement accuracy is high, the performance is stable, and the manual operation error is avoided. The hardness tester has complete functions and has advanced domestic level.

The lifting screw adopts worm gear and worm structure, with stable transmission.

Automatically record the measurement data, generate the hardness depth curve, and save it as a WORD file.
