Application:

This series of double column metal pendulum impact testing machines is an instrument used to test the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic loads. It can continuously and extensively conduct metal impact tests, display impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum rotation angle, and print test reports. It is an essential testing instrument for metal material manufacturers and quality inspection departments, and also an indispensable testing instrument for scientific research institutions to conduct new material research.

This model can be equipped with a fully automatic sample delivery system, which can greatly improve the efficiency of testing and reduce the labor intensity of testing personnel; An instrumented impact system can also be optionally selected, which can record and analyze various curves, data, and characteristic values of the entire impact process, and can output data and print test reports.


Features:

1.Sample pneumatic end face positioning

The end face positioning utilizes the principle of aerodynamics. After the pendulum is hung, the positioning cylinder works, and the piston drives the stainless-steel positioning block to extend, with a distance of 7.5mm from the right jaw arc, a sample length of 55mm, a span of 40mm, and the left and right jaws contacting the sample 7.5mm to block the sample from completing the impact. This makes the notch position of each sample more accurate, and the impact jaws and notch positions match. The operator places the sample more simply and accurately, shortening the time for placing the sample, and is more conducive to the loss of cooling caused by the prolonged placement of the low-temperature sample. The impact energy meets the temperature requirements of the test, without the need for other factors such as temperature supercooling.

2.Fracture specimen recovery device

The broken sample conveyor belt transports the broken sample outside the testing machine. The broken sample conveyor belt is automatically controlled, that is, after each impact of the sample, the deceleration motor runs automatically to send out the sample. In order to ensure the recovery rate, an inclined sample slide is set above the belt. No matter where the sample falls inside the testing machine, it can slide onto the belt through the slide and be successfully recovered, avoiding the operator from entering the testing machine. The motor for taking out the belt can be set to forward and reverse rotation. Samples with qualified energy are output from the right side, and samples with unqualified energy are output from the left side.


3.Full protective cover

The left and right sides covers are detachable for easy maintenance. The pendulum impact test is only conducted in a closed space inside the protective cover, and the fractured sample will not fly outside during the test to ensure safety. The safety protective cover is a closed structure, with a transparent organic glass plate in front, which allows observation of the host and its operation inside. The lower part of the safety protective cover is equipped with a sample breaking guide plate, which ensures that all broken samples can smoothly fall onto the test recycling belt and be sent out. It has a door opening power-off protection function.

Control System:

1.Semi-automated: During the experiment, the pendulum is manually taken, and after completion, the material is manually discharged. Then, the material is returned and impacted. After the impact is completed, the equipment automatically takes the pendulum. After each experiment is completed, the system display area will show the impact energy and impact toughness. Three tests are grouped together, and after one group is completed, the system automatically calculates the average of the three impact energies.

2.Storage function: It can store 100 sets of experimental data, including experiment name, original experiment values, average values, experiment time, and other information.

3.Printing function: Print the current experimental data through a micro printer. (Optional)

4.Multi-level energy: The device supports multiple hammers of different energy levels.
