Principle of test
Nominally identical specimens are used, each being rotated and subjected to a bending moment. The forces giving rise to the bending moment do not rotate. The specimen may be mounted as a cantilever, with single-point or two-point loading, or as a beam, with four-point loading. The test is continued until the specimen fails or until a pre-determined number of stress cycles have been achieved. Comply to ISO1143-2010

l When configuring a computer, distributed measurement and control can be performed on a single testing machine or multiple testing machines. The computer uses WINDOWS as the working platform and adopts virtual panel operation mode. The interface is clear, the operation is convenient, and the program is standardized and stable. It completes the collection, processing, storage, and printing of the entire equipment test data; The entire process test data, test status, and the time at which each test status occurs can be automatically stored on the computer hard drive; For intermittent fatigue testing, the test process data can be automatically continued to maintain the integrity of the test process data;
l The verification data can be printed as a report, and its format can also be converted into commonly used software document formats, such as Word, Excel and so on.
