Application:
This test machine is used for tensile creep and tensile durability test of metal materials under a certain temperature environment. Mainly used in the measurement of quality inspection, aerospace, metallurgical steel, colleges universities, research, laboratories and other industrial area. Mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, other black metals, and non-ferrous metal materials. In addition to conventional creep and endurance tests, stress relaxation tests, high-temperature short-term tensile tests, cyclic loading tests (load spectrum tests), low cycle cyclic tests, and other tests can also be conducted; Comply to JJG276-2009, GB/T2039-2012, HB5150-96, HB5151-96, HB5207-82, ASTM E139-2011, ASTM E1012-2019, ASTME4-2016, ASTM E83-2016.
Function:
Automatically save after testing, and automatically calculate and measure performance parameters such as steady-state creep rate, creep limit, creep elongation, rupture time, rupture strength limit, elongation after rupture, reduction of area, and sensitivity coefficient of rupture after testing. The test results can be output in EXCEL format according to national test standards.
