Flexible printed circuit boards play an increasingly important role in the development process of the small, untra-thin, folding mobile electronic devices. When the filexible printed circuit board is damaged on fatigue, the electronic devices will subsequently be damaged, to bring high economic losses. The mian purpose is to develop a test machine used to test the bending fatigue life of flexible circuit boards. After analysis of the IPC and the three point bending test method and comparison the structure of plate bending fatigue test machine,the overall technical requirements and technical solutions of the testing machine is determined.The design task will divise into mechanical design, circuit design and software design.
