This instrument has 8 levels of test force, and 9 kinds of Brinell scales can be selected at will; With 5x And 10x Both sets of objective lenses can participate in the measurement; Automatic switching between objective lens and indenter; The load holding time of the test force can be preset, and the intensity of the measuring light source can be adjusted; Halogen lamp and LED double light source design should be applied to various sample surfaces; Automatically display the measured indentation length, hardness value, measurement times, etc; The data results can be output through the built-in printer, and equipped with RS232 interface for users to connect to the computer for output; The video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system can also be configured according to the special requirements of users.

Features
The machine adopts computer software programming and optical measurement system. Through soft key input, you can choose different indenter and force value measurement, can adjust the strength of the measurement light source, can choose the dwell time, can display the indenter diameter, test force, measurement range, and direct reading on the screen on the LCD display. The hardness value is obtained, which simplifies the tedious look-up table. It is easy to use, and the measurement accuracy is higher due to the use of a rotary encode.
