Summary
The digital Brinell hardness tester is an electromechanical integrated product with a precision mechanical structure and a microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. The instrument eliminates weights and uses electric loading and unloading test force, feedback from a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5 ‰, CPU control, and automatic compensation for lost test force during testing. When operating, simply manually preload until the instrument beeps to prompt, and the instrument will automatically load, hold, and unload. After removing the sample, use an external digital eyepiece to measure, and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. The reading is accurate and the operation is convenient. Suitable for hardness testing of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys, as well as for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and electric wood.
Features
² The integrated cast iron structure achieves a rigidity of 99% for the main body of the aircraft, minimizing deformation. The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than six months, ensuring stable physical properties;
² After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches between 35-40HRC, with stable structure and wear resistance;
² Using a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5 ‰, the testing accuracy is high;
² The test force, holding time, indentation length, and hardness value are directly displayed on the LCD screen, which is intuitive and convenient;
² External digital display with light source eyepiece for measurement, automatically obtaining hardness value.
