Application

The PWS electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine is composed of a host, a constant pressure servo pump station, a dynamic controller, computers and software, pipeline systems and so on. It can be applied to the dynamic performance, fatigue, and static mechanical performance tests of various materials, structural components, and components. It can perform tensile, compressive, dynamic low cycle fatigue, programmed fatigue, fracture mechanics, as well as static constant deformation, constant load control, and various mechanical performance tests. Equipped with corresponding accessories, fatigue crack propagation, simulation of actual working conditions, and mechanical performance tests at high and low temperatures can be carried out.The PWS series dynamic and static universal testing machine is an ideal equipment for dynamic testing in aerospace, aviation, transportation, metallurgy, scientific research institutes, and universities and colleges.

Features

1. The testing machine is a single axis axial loading testing machine, with an actuator installed downwards;

2. Equipped with hydraulic fixtures, it is possible to perform tensile, compressive, fatigue, and other tests on standard material specimens;

3. The testing machine is equipped with a relatively complete safety alarm system, which can achieve unmanned operation during the testing process;

4. Software protection: Upper and lower limit protection can be set for load and displacement respectively. If the limit is exceeded, the host will stop working to ensure test safety;

5. Hardware protection: motor phase loss protection, motor overcurrent protection, oil temperature interlock protection, filter blockage protection, emergency stop protection. When any of the above protections occur, the system will automatically alarm or shut down.

Hydraulic dynamic clamp

The dynamic clamp mainly uses high-pressure oil to push the clamp and actively clamp the sample rigidly. Suitable for clamping round rods, flat materials, etc. After clamping, it can be subjected to full range load tension and compression tests. The connection method can be customized according to the specific situation of the equipment, making it easy to replace.

Centering Ring Assembly

The central ring component is configured for fine-tuning the coaxiality of the equipment. After coarse adjustment of the coaxiality of the equipment, it is equipped with a coaxial instrument and coaxial detection system for guidance and adjustment, meeting the requirement of coaxiality ≤ 5%.

Servo hydraulic station

The oil is supplied by a centralized pump station. The hydraulic oil is led to the vicinity of the servo actuator through a pipeline, and then the servo actuator is connected through an oil distributor and a high-pressure hose.

Servo hydraulic station: accuracy 3μm, temperature range: room temperature ~ 55, power supply 3P ~ 380V, 50Hz; the oil pump motor group is equipped with a vibration reduction device (vibration reduction pad is selected) to reduce vibration and noise.

Filtration system: three-stage filtration, the highest filtration accuracy is 3μ, with oil filter blockage alarm function

Servo oil tank: standard fully enclosed servo oil tank, equipped with temperature measurement, air filtration, oil level display and other devices; with alarm and shutdown protection functions such as temperature over limit, low liquid level, oil filter blockage, pressure protection, etc.; 

Touch screen oil source controller, displaying various system parameters (such as oil temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc.)

Air-cooled water chiller (optional)

The air-cooled water chiller is used to cool the oil temperature of the hydraulic station. The compressor is used for active cooling, the outlet water temperature is controllable, and the cooling effect is good;
